Puto Balanghoy is made of grated cassava roots or also known as yuca or arrow roots in other countries. It is cooked with grated coconut and brown sugar.

When I was a Kid my Mom buy this for our snack and also every time we have a Visitors she buys this for all the visitors. The visitors love to eat this especially the old person they really like it. They have a different way in how to cook balanghoy it depends on the seller.
