Hey everyone, here is a easy to do and very quik to make vegan tiramisu.
Vegan whip cream
Vegan mini rusks here in berlin they called zwieback 2 peices per serving
Espresso 1/2 a shot per rusk (if you like it stronger add more coffee)
Coco powder just enough to sprinkel ontop
So first start by whipping the vegan cream, this takes the longest up to 10 min..
Then take 2 zwieback (rusk) per serving and soak it in espresso just add enough espresso to make it soft but not so much that it falls apart when you pick it up. Its best to use cold espresso.

Then get a glass start with the whip cream at the bottum.
add the first zwieback (rusk) then a layer of cream then the 2nd zwieback (rusk) then the final layer of cream.
and finally sprinkel some coco powder ontop and serve.

Some will be easy and quik others a bit more difficult like making your own tempeh step by step.
