INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 lbs of chicken wings, trimmed and separated
Olive oil, to taste
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat the broiler to 450 degrees. Place your preparing rack close to the highest point of the broiler. Line a preparing sheet with tin thwart at that point coat it with cooking splash.
2.Trim the chicken wings – If you aren't sure how, look at the start of this video for basic guidelines.
3.When you have trimmed the wings, put them on the heating sheet. Sprinkle the wings with a touch of olive oil, to taste, at that point season the two sides with ocean salt and crisply split pepper, to taste. Spread the wings out on the dish and place into the broiler to heat for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken following 30 minutes at that point keep on baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the point that the chicken is fresh and cooked through. Serve plain or with your most loved plunging sauce. Appreciate!
