Ingredients:
400g bavette pasta or Barilla Linguine
4 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 cup roughly torn fresh basil
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
Directions and Steps:
1.Cook the pasta in a vast pot of bubbling salted water as per parcel directions.
2.In the mean time, consolidate all the rest of the fixings in an extensive bowl and season with ocean salt and naturally ground dark pepper.
3.Permit to remain for 10 minutes to give the flavors a chance to inject. Deplete the pasta, at that point add to alternate fixings and hurl to join.
