Mushrooms stuffed with potatoes and cheese

A simple dish for a festive table.

16 mushrooms of champignons
3 cooked potatoes
150 g cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 cloves of garlic
greenery
salt and pepper

Remove mushrooms from the feet, leaving only the hats.

Grate the potatoes on a fine grater. Also grate cheese and garlic.

Chop the greens. Mix potatoes, greens, garlic and cheese.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Mayo.

Fill the mushroom hats with the resulting stuffing. Put in the oven at
200 degrees, for 15 minutes.
