A recipe of royal prawns fried on a grill. Basil gives the shrimp a
wonderful flavor.
2 tablespoons olive oil
50 g of butter, melt
1 lemon, squeeze juice
3 tablespoons not sharp Dijon mustard
a bunch of fresh basil
3 cloves garlic, chop
salt, pepper to taste
1 kg of fresh royal shrimp, clean and remove the vein
skewers
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, mustard. Add
finely chopped basil, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Add the
shrimps to the marinade and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or a film
and put marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the grill over high heat. To plant shrimps on skewers or skewers.
Lubricate the grate with vegetable oil and lay out the skewers. Fry
about 5 minutes, until the shrimp ceases to be transparent, turn 1
time.
