It’s also known as Steamed Tapioca Layer Cake, or Pig Skin Cake. Even though this beautiful cake goes by many different names, it comes up with the basic of soft, sweet, and little chewy in texture. Furthermore, the cake can easily be peeled by hands into each layer without breaking apart.<
Ingredients:
For the Green Layers
- 100gr tapioca flour
- 60gr sugar
- 75ml coconut milk
- 50gr pandan leaf
- 75ml cup water
For the Yellow Layers
- 50gr mung beans cooked with 1/4 tsp salt
- 60gr sugar
- 60gr tapioca starch
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
