HELLO ALL
Today I will make a Bulgogi Beef Meatballs (korean food) Very simple and I'll show you how to make it so that you can all try it. Hope you like it :)
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams of of minced meat
- 2-3 spring onions
- 2 garlic
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
finely chopped ingredients on top.
prepare beef that has been finely chopped.
Mix 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
Mix ingredients that we have made.
Stir the ingredients by hand until evenly and then input into the refrigerator 20-30 minutes.
Dampen a your hands with water and grab the meat as much as 1 tablespoon and a round shape, press the center of the sphere in order to resemble small disk.
fry over low heat, for about 5-7 minutes as in photo.
READY SERVED ( can be eaten with chilli sauce )
