INGREDIENTS
- already fried tofu
- 120 ml of ordinary water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Cut and remove the central part of the contents of tofu
In a small bowl, mix: 120 ml of water, 3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt Stir until well blended
Enter a mixture of soy sauce and tofu skin and a low simmer
Prepare rice, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, a little salt. then mix
The second set ingredients has been completed
and then enter the rice that is already in the season into tofu
