How to make home made Mayonnaise

Make your mayonnaise (salad cream) and save yourself a few cash
Ingredients: Egg, Vegetable oil, Salt, Lime, Sugar (optional) and a blending machine.
STEPS:

  1. Break the 2 eggs into blender and blend.IMG_20180104_084757.jpg
  2. Add 3 spoon of lime, 2 pinches of salt and blend well.
  3. Add sugar to taste (optional) and blend.
  4. Add oil in small quantities at intervals and continue blending until it thickens.
