Wraps in different versions have become one of our favourite lunches at the moment. It is quite healthy and super easy to make. This Norwegian Wrap with Salmon is a very tasteful one.

Salmon is the most valuable freshwater fish in Norway and is one of the most traditional Norwegian dishes - here made in a not so traditional way:
Fresh lettuce- and ruccola salad from our garden, with a little paprika and sour cream dressing.
Fried Salmon spiced with lemon pepper.
Ready to wrap.
The final result - topped with some hot sauce and sunflower seeds.
