Wheat flour with high protein content 200 g
2.tour tsp

  1. 150 ml mineral water
    4.Fried Oil 50g
  2. Chicken egg 1 grain, shake off

How to make :

Prepare the container and put the flour and salt.
Stir until well blended.
Enter the eggs and stir again until well blended.
Pour water little by little while continuously stirring by hand until the dough becomes dull.
Divide the dough into two parts exactly the same and shape into a circle.
Grease the outside of the dough with oil and let stand for 15 minutes.
The dough is ready to be used as the skin of an egg martabak.
How to make egg martabak contents:

Milled beef or chopped or minced chicken meat or chopped 250 g
Leaves onion 5 sticks, finely sliced
Garlic 4 cloves, finely sliced
