Ricotta cheese = favorite allied to losing weight

Ricotta or cottage cheese is a product obtained from a second process of dairy serum leftover when making soft cheeses. Once this serum is cooked at 85 °C for 4-6 hours small coagulated creamy parts of cheese slowly emerge to the top of the cauldron, and then it is retired to be dehidrated, pressed and salted, acquiring its granulated texture. Its flavor is that of a very light cheese, making it easy to combine with many recipes.

Here's the fun part: 100 grams of this cheese has only 174 Kcal contained in 11,32 grams of high biological valued proteins, 12,92 grams of fat and only 3,04 carbohidrates.

Since i discovered this product it has became one of my escencial aditives to many foods because it ocupies a lot of space in the stomach making you feel saciated and full (who doesnt like to feel this way) while leaving me with no regrets because i know it is healthy!!
