Lightly padded donuts

Ingredients
12 servings

Material A:
200 gr high protein flour
50 gr low protein flour
2 tbsp sugar
5 gr yeast
1 btr egg
1 tablespoon milk powder
125 ml of liquid milk

Material B:
50 gr margarine
A pinch of salt

Step
2 hours

  • Stir all ingredients A flat

  • Put material B, stir back

  • Mixer or stir manually dg smp hand elastic

  • Cover batter with cloth / cling wrap until fluffy 2x fold

  • Boxing dough, knead briefly then for 12 parts / as desired

  • Let stand for 15min

  • Heat oil with small fire smp benar2 hot, fried donuts dg 1x method behind

  • Remove, let cool, then spread with buttercream and grated cheese / mesis / glaze / melted chocolate 😊>quot* iteme👍
