Kue keukarah merupakan kue tradisional dari tanah rencong yang banyak di buru saat mendekati hari raya idul fitri dan hari raya idul adha. Berbahan tepung beras dan gula, cara pembuatannya terbilang unik yaitu adonan tepung beras yang mengental dimasukan ke tempurung kelapa yang sudah di lobang kemudian diketuk-ketuk sehingga adonan mengalir kedalam minyak panas kemudian hingga menyerupai sarang burung.

Kue keukarah is a traditional cake from rencong land that many in hurry when approaching Idul Fitri day and Idul Adha feast day. Made from rice flour and sugar, the way of making is somewhat unique that the dough of rice flour is thickened into the coconut shell that is already in the hole and then tapped so that the dough flow into the hot oil and then resemble a bird's nest.
