When we have all the yucca already ground, we place that dough in a wide container, add a whole egg, add salt and knead, until the dough is compact. We do not add water because when the yucca is ground, it remains moldable.

When we have all this mixture kneaded, we make balls with them and fry them in hot oil on both sides.

We put all the balls on absorbent paper, then we pass them by sugar and ready our snack of the day ...
