Simple vanilla muffins is the simplest and at the same time one of my favorite recipes - you can see it the rest after you often find it on the website in various versions (eg in chocolate or pudding). Depending on the fantasy, available products or time, you can prepare a sweet snack "for fast" or elegant cupcakes for the party. In both cases simple vanilla muffins have one undeniable advantage - they always come out :) With any cream, for example, a simple pudding, you can make a delicious dessert, perfect not only for afternoon coffee, but also for a child's birthday (this is how my birthday cupcakes look) , a party at work or a family party.
Components:
2 cups of flour
2 spoons of baking powder
0.5 glass of sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 egg
0.5 glasses of oil
1 glass of milk
How to make simple vanilla muffins?
Dry the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the egg, oil and milk to the mass and mix thoroughly.
We set the oven to 180 degrees. We put the metal form for muffins with paper muffins. If we do not have molds, we can grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or make curlers ourselves
Fill the cake molds to a height of about 1 cm from the edge, leaving the muffins to grow. If we want to add chocolate to the muffins, we must ensure that it does not stick out of the cake. Otherwise, it will burn and become bitter.
For applying the dough, I use ice creams and it works great, but you can do it with the most ordinary spoon.
Put the mold in a preheated oven, bake for about 25 minutes. After pulling out of the oven, you can make sure that the muffins are definitely baked with a wooden skewer stick. Just stick it in the middle, after removing it should not have sticky raw dough. Ready cupcakes worth pulling out of the mold and turn "upside down" or arrange on the grill, let it cool down ... or eat warm with delicious slightly melted chocolate inside :)
