Homemade chicken cutlet with cottage cheese

Cottage cheese cutlets from chicken can be prepared in a variety of ways. Meat and cottage cheese are the major ingredients, and the taste is unique and interesting due to the composition and varied additives in the sauces and gravy. Components


  • 700 g chicken breast
  • 250 g cottage cheese with 0% fat content
  • 1 pc. egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt


To make the sauce:

  • Yogurt with no added ingredients 250 g – 0 percent fat content
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50 g of dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt

The procedure for cooking


The diet dean need these cutlets because they are high in protein. Yogurt sauce will add flavour to sweet pies, and an uncommon combination of ingredients will taste fantastic. Everyone in the family eats these cutlets, oblivious to their composition, which provides delightful and nutritious meal.

Wash the chicken breasts. Separate the flesh from the bones and skin; this isn't necessary and the meat will fall apart. In a blender or meat grinder, crush meat into minced meat.

Combine the chicken egg and salt in a mixing bowl. Allowable spices can be added if desired. Mix things up a little.

Mix in the cottage cheese one more.

Combine cottage cheese and minced beef in a mixing bowl.

Fry the nails in vegetable oil in a lightly oiled frying pan.

Prepare the yoghurt sauce by pressing the garlic and coarsely chopping the dill. Toss everything together with the yoghurt and season with salt to taste.

Put the cutlets on a plate when they're done and don't let them cool too much.

Cutlets should be served with sauce and greens.
