Salad with pickles and eggs

Hello friends,

If you like to try your next sandwich in a new filling, this is easy to make recipe. Along with great taste, sweet pickles add the perfect complement of flavours to the eggs, mustard, garlic and parsley.

Ingredients


  • 2-3 eggs;
  • 3 pickles;
  • 4–5 branches of dill or parsley;
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream;
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise;
  • 1 teaspoon of grain mustard;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • salt to taste;
  • pepper to taste.

Cooking

Hard - boiled eggs in 10 minutes. Cool and cut into small pieces along with the cucumbers. Chop greens.

Combine sour cream with mayonnaise, mustard and olive oil. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the sauce.

Salted eggs with cucumbers, pepper and sprinkle with herbs. Season with sauce and mix.
