National Russian dish Okroshka. Do not pass by.

We have a very hot, and so this Okroshka is very urgent.

Firstly, it is served cold, the most acceptable in the hot season. Secondly, this is a very healthy dish, because it consists almost entirely of vegetables, many of which are not subjected to thermal treatment. This means that they retain maximum vitamin and mineral for the body trace elements and macro elements.

The advantage Okroshki on serum is the ease of preparation. Spoil the dish is simply impossible, and therefore to cope with it even a beginner in cooking.

Ingredients:
Potatoes

Green onions

Sausage (250 grams)

Boiled eggs (2 pieces)

Cucumbers (2 pieces)

Dill

Sour cream (4 tablespoons)

Lemon juice (30 ml)

Salt

Black pepper

Let's start:

  1. Boiled eggs should be cleaned and cut into small pieces.
  2. Then finely cut cucumber, and add them to our boiled eggs.

  3. Boil the potatoes in their skins. After scrape the potatoes peeled and finely cut. We are adding our creation to the boiled eggs and cucumbers.
  4. Chop the sausage and add to the bowl.
  5. Cut the green onions and dill

  6. Fill all the whey. Add the sour cream and lemon juice. Salt and pepper.

    Before submitting to the table okroshka, cool it!
