Ingredients:
1kg Ubi cilembu
350grm brown sugar / palm sugar
3sdm sugar
1.5 liters of water
500ml thick coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3lmbr leaf pandanus, knot
Vanilla to taste
How to make:
- Peel the skin and Wash clean yam cilembu, cut to taste
- Cook water with brown sugar, sugar, salt, vanilla and pandan leaves until boiling. Then enter Ubi Cilembu, cook soft and mature
- Cook the coconut milk with a separate pan, add a pinch of salt. Stir until coconut milk boils
- Take the bowl, pour Kolak Ubi cilembu sufficiently. Then sirami with coconut juice on top.
