Ingredients:
1kg Ubi cilembu
350grm brown sugar / palm sugar
3sdm sugar
1.5 liters of water
500ml thick coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3lmbr leaf pandanus, knot
Vanilla to taste
How to make:

  1. Peel the skin and Wash clean yam cilembu, cut to taste
  2. Cook water with brown sugar, sugar, salt, vanilla and pandan leaves until boiling. Then enter Ubi Cilembu, cook soft and mature
  3. Cook the coconut milk with a separate pan, add a pinch of salt. Stir until coconut milk boils
  4. Take the bowl, pour Kolak Ubi cilembu sufficiently. Then sirami with coconut juice on top.
