Ingredients:

  • 12 g of brewer's yeast
  • 220 ml of water
  • 70 g of sugar
  • 1/2 spoon of salt
  • 80 ml of oil
  • 500 g of flour 00
  • egg white and milk
  • sesame seeds

Preparation

In a food bag put the crumbled brewer's yeast and add hot water.
Add a pinch of salt, sugar, oil and 400 g of flour.
Close the bag well and start kneading.
When the dough is well mixed put water in a bowl and dip the envelope for 30 minutes.
After resume the food bag and add the remaining 100 g of flour.
Close and knead again.
Then let the dough rise for 1 hour.
After take the dough and put it on a baking tin and divide it into 3 parts.
Create the loaves and braid them.
Brush the dough with egg white, or milk with oil, and cover with sesame seeds.
Bake at 175 * C for 30 minutes.
