As the famous international city, Chengdu is the typical city of South-west cities of China, especially its food. There are various types of food, which draw many domestic and foreign friends coming to Chengdu. Here is some typical nice food of Chengdu.
Introduction of food: Chengdu Noodle
As we can see, the noodle looks spicy but it's not what we think so. People there used to fry the the chili before cooking , which can decrease the spicy much and make it smells good. Adding some bolognese sauce 、 pea& a little vegetable will be much better for eating. Local people would take it as breakfast、lunch or even dinner. Chengdu Noodle is the most often eaten food is Chengdu.
