A nice useful side dish or an independent dish - buckwheat with mushrooms.
1 cup buckwheat
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion
300 g of champignons
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt, pepper to taste
fresh dill
Cook buckwheat in salted water until cooked for about 15 minutes.
In butter, fry the finely chopped onion until it is clear, add the diced mushrooms and fry about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Add sour cream and finely chopped dill, salt and pepper, mix.
Add the buckwheat to the frying pan, mix with mushrooms, cover, cook for about 5 minutes.
