The best source of many vitamins are, of course, sprouts, ideally suited as an addition to sandwiches, of course, you can also add them to salads or even sauces.
An ideal vitamin bomb for the winter for our children. Very easy to prepare them (it usually takes about 3-4 days). After this time, we can practically eat them.
In addition to a high dose of vitamins, they contain calcium, iron, and potassium. From curiosities, the sprouts themselves contain more nutrients than their adult counterparts.
What do we need to prepare them? Actually, virtually nothing, just the container itself (I recommend it as in the picture because I occupy little space on the windowsill and thanks to the fact that it is piled up we will get more germs).
I eat them very often and I recommend you too
Instead of running to the pharmacy, let's eat more sprouts.
For sure a lot cheaper and, above all, healthier: D
