Since I came to America, I have met a lot of people who haven't tried sushi or sashimi in their lives.Most people living in the urban area have tried rolls and sushi which people often get easily confused ( people usually call rolls as sushi). However, many of them haven't tried sashim because they think the texture of sashimi is weird. Unlike what other people think, once they try once or twice, they will start loving it. Today I am going to attach some pictures of salmon sashimi. Eat with your eyes!
