Hey, everybody, how you doing? Today I bring you one of those spoon recipes that you always want when it's cold, besides I love the combination of the chickpeas with the spinach, it gives us a good energy contribution. I'll tell you how it's done.
- Cooked chickpeas
- Spinach
- Chives
- Pepper
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Ñora
- Parsley
- First we cook the ñora, we put some oil in the frying pan and we cook 3 minutes so that it remains crisp, and we reserve.
- Then in the same frying pan, sauté the onion and pepper for about 8 minutes over medium heat.
- Next, add the tomato, if you want you can crush it before or throw it directly in pieces, since we are going to crush everything afterwards.
- Chop the ñora, garlic and parsley and put them in the mixer with the vegetables in the frying pan and add water until we get the texture we want.
- Add the broth with the chickpeas and spinach, heat all the ingredients together for 10 minutes and you're ready to enjoy!
