- 2 Sweet potatoes
- 300 gr of pumpkin
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30gr of butter
- Spices: pepper, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, clove, hot paprika and chopped ñora.
- Raisins

- We put the butter in the frying pan to low fire and we let it melt. We add the onion and the garlic cut finely and we let it cook to slow fire until we see that they are transparent.
- It's time to add the spices, I did it a little by eye, we added a pinch of each spice.
- Add a glass of water and bring to the boil, once it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the chopped vegetables together with the raisins.
- Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender, then we can eat our delicious Moroccan dish.
