Sometimes the greatest dishes are found on the side of a small road or in a back alley. That's exactly where this one can be found. In the back alleys just steps away from Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter, lies this little soup stall serving up some of the best crispy fried fish soup in the city. I was taken to eat in this alley by a local Hanoian who has been eating here for years. This dish does not disappoint and it is not one you want to miss.
