Roast beef... My first attempt and was great

Hello people.

One thing I like to do is cook.

I made this roast beef and it was so good that I decided to pass the recipe for you guys

INGREDIENTS

1 kg but 200 g rump (entire piece with a hole in the middle)

1 piece of bacon the size of the meat

1 sausage sausage or pepperoni

Garlic, salt, pepper (to taste)

Chopped parsley to taste)

1 pinch of basil

2 tablespoons vinegar


METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Mix the garlic, pepper, parsley, vinegar and basil
  2. Then put the pieces of bacon and sausage in the meat
  3. With the mixture season the meat and set aside for at least 40 minutes
  4. Then put the meat in a greased baking sheet with oil (3 tablespoons)
  5. Place butter over the meat and line with foil
  6. Bake and after 1 hour remove the paper
  7. Marinate the meat until golden brown
  8. If you find it necessary to dissolve a meat and marine broth with it until golden brown
  9. If you prefer to cook one Calabrian potatoes and by the time the meat is browning add the potatoes
  10. They will gild with meat
