Who does not love tacos and tacos and fajithas?
I will share with you my own favorite spice mix for making tacos.
I use it regardless of what I am cooking, be it chicken, minced meat or something plantbased.
Mix all of the following and use to taste.
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp seasalt
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0,5 tsp coriander
0,5 tsp unrefined sugar
0,5 tsp curry
3 pinches turmeric
2 pinches cumin
2 pinches black pepper
2 pinches cayenne pepper
I love tacos!!! Are you more of a hard shell or soft shell kind of person? I am more of a soft shell person.

I also like the soft shell best.
