Modern Tempe Melet



Hallo .... friends stemian all there is to try to enjoy tempe melet (tempe kekinian) I will share the recipe and how to make it. In addition to delicious tempe and delicious melet and how to make it very simple, we can enjoy it with a plate of white rice and vegetable pecal or as a healthy snack and nutritious good

Ingredients

* Tempe board (cut into 5) * Cooking oil for frying

Material contents

* 3 onion grains * 1 clove of garlic * 2 pieces of curly red chilli * 3 pieces of cayenne pepper * 1/2 small tomatoes * terasi, salt, and sugar to taste

Flour Ingredients (dip dough)

* 100 grams of wheat flour * 1 tbsp rice flour * 2 cloves of garlic, mashed * 1 grain of pecan, roasted and mashed * 1 tsp coriander * 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder * 1 tsp rebon shrimp, soak hot water, drain * 1 spring onion and celery * salt, pepper powder, and powdered broth to taste

How to Make

1. Stir-fry the ingredients with a little oil, set aside. 2. Cut the tempeh, split the middle (not to break), give the stuffing in the middle. 3. Mix all ingredients into one flour, give water, the dough should not be too dilute / thick. 4.Tempe balm with flour dough, then fry until brown / cooked

Hallo….sahabat stemian semua ada yang ingin mencoba menikmati tempe melet ( tempe kekinian) saya akan berbagi resep dan cara membuat nya . Selain tempe melet enak dan gurih dan cara membuat nya pun sangat simple, kita bisa menikmati nya dengan sepiring nasi putih dan pecal sayur atau sebagai cemilan sehat dan bergizi baik

Bahan-Bahan
* Papan tempe (potong jadi 5) * Minyak goreng untuk menggoreng

Bahan Isi

* 3 butir bawang merah * 1 siung bawang putih * 2 buah cabai merah keriting * 3 buah cabai rawit * 1/2 buah tomat kecil * terasi, garam, dan gula secukupnya

Bahan Tepung (Adonan Celupan)

* 100 gram tepung terigu * 1 sdm tepung beras * 2 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan * 1 butir kemiri, disangrai dan dihaluskan * 1 sdt ketumbar * 1 sdt kunyit bubuk * 1 sdt udang rebon, rendam air panas, tiriskan * 1 batang daun bawang dan seledri * garam, lada bubuk, dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya

Cara Membuat

1. Tumis bahan isi dengan sedikit minyak, sisihkan. 2. Potong tempe, belah tengah (jangan sampai putus), beri isian tumisan di tengahnya. 3. Campur semua bahan tepung jadi satu, beri air, adonan jangan terlalu encer/kental. 4. Balut tempe dengan adonan tepung, lalu goreng sampai kecoklatan/ matang
