Ingredients:
200 g of sugar
140 g of flour
50 g of ground tigernuts
2 tsp corn starch
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder

10 tbsp rape, or sunflower oil
200 ml of cold water

Preparation:
First mix all dry ingredients with the whisk, then add the liquid ingredients and stir well with a spoonful.

Fill the dough into a cake tin shaped with baking paper (diameter approx. 24 cm) and bake at 160 ° for approx. 30 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool and then tumble out of shape.
