How to make plum pies

in food •  7 years ago

Hi  steemians  friends ;

I'd like to share a great recipe for those who love a mild sour dessert.

I think you're going to enjoy the consistency of the mouth.

Materials:

125 gr. butter

1/2 Cup liquid Oil

1/2 Cup sugar

3.5 Cup flour

2 tablespoons full of yogurt

1 egg

1 Pack Baking soda

1 Pack Vanilla

6 -7 PCs Purple Plum

Construction

First we prepare the dough. When we melt the butter and get a little cold, we take the dough. We put all the ingredients in it. We need to get a soft dough.

We reserve the 1/3 of dough. Whether you want to give it a cage shape, to throw it in the ice. I was grate.

We're going to rest our dough and throw some in the freezer.

We wash and boil the eresus into a saucepan and throw in 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. We boil them in low heat until the plums light up. We're waiting for it to cool down.

We're greasing our pie mold. We're spreading our dough. We're spreading our plum sauce on it. We're going to grate our frozen dough on the stove. 170 C Bake for about 20 minutes. (Light fry)

Bon Appetit...
