Hi steemians, how are you doing? hopefully always in good condition. Stemians like before I often explained that Indonesia is a very rich country, one of its riches is rich in culinary.

Steemit friend this time I will share recipes and how to make a cake mortal. Lumpang cake is a cake mixture between rice flour, tapioca flour and other ingredients cooked by steaming. This cake is very enjoyable during the rainy season as it is today, let alone enjoyed while hungry sure very good taste.. hehee

Lumpang Cake

Ingredients :

  • 150 gr rice flour
  • 100 gr tapioca flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml of water and blend with pandan leaves then strain
  • 450 ml of coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g of steamed coconut to sprinkle, give a little salt


Steps:

  • Mix together into one rice flour, tapioca flour and sugar.

  • Enter water pandan leaves coconut milk and salt, stir well ad filter.

  • Heat the steamer, pour the dough into the oil-lubricated mold, not too full.

  • Steam about 15 minutes until cooked.

  • Lift, wait until cool, remove from mold and sprinkle with grated coconut.

  • The Lumpang Cake is ready to serve .. 👌👌

Sahabat steemit kali ini saya akan membagikan resep dan cara membuat kue lumpang. Kue Lumpang merupakan kue campuran antara tepung beras, tepung tapioka dan bahan-bahan lainnya yang dimasak dengan cara dikukus. Kue ini sangat enak dinikmati disaat musim hujan seperti sekarang ini,apalagi dinikmati ketika sedang lapar pasti terasa sangat enak..hehee

Baiklah sahabat steemit untuk lebih jelas lagi cara membuat kue lumpang ini silakan lihat kebawah.

Kue Lumpang

Bahan-bahan :

  • 150 gr tepung beras
  • 100 gr tepung tapioka
  • 150 g gula pasir
  • 100 ml air dan blender dengan daun pandan lalu saring
  • 450 ml santan
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 150 g kelapa parut kukus untuk taburan, beri sedikit garam


Langkah :

  • Campur jadi satu tepung beras, tepung tapioka dan gula pasir.

  • Masukkan air daun pandan santan dan garam,aduk rata dan saring.

  • Panaskan kukusan,tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan yang sudah dioles minyak,jangan terlalu penuh.

  • Kukus kurang lebih 15 menit hingga matang.

  • Angkat,tunggu hingga dingin,keluarkan dari cetakan dan taburi dengan kelapa parut.
