Gnoccih With Cheese Sauce湯糰

What is Gnocchi? Gnocchi is a kind of fresh pasta made from potato and flour. The shape is usually round with "decoration" fork pressure.
Quite easy to make, and it feels unique plus there is a chewy texture.

RECIPES:
- Material Gnocchi:

-1 potato size around 100 grams, steamed and puree, like a mashed potato
Salt to taste
-50 grams of wheat flour

Sauce Material:

-1 tbsp margarine
-1/2 part of finely chopped onion
-1 tbsp of wheat flour
-150 ml of liquid milk
-50 grams of grated cheddar cheese or to taste
-Salt + pepper powder + nutmeg powder as always taste to taste

Step Cooking :

-Gnocchi: stirring potatoes, salt, and wheat flour. Add eggs. Knead until smooth.

-Roll the dough lengthwise for the index finger. Cut into 2 cm. Press with a fork.

-Bring a little oil to a boil. Enter gnocchi.

-Cook until floating. Lift and drain

- Sauces: 

Heat the butter. Put onions. Saute until fragrant.
Enter the flour. Cook until grained. Enter the liquid milk bit by bit. Stir until thick.
Add shredded cheese, salt, pepper powder, and nutmeg powder. Stir well evenly.
Serve gnocchi with a splash of cheese sauce
