Bolu Kukus Batik Kopi Coklat

Our recipe this time, Recipe Bolu Kukus Batik Kopi Coklat guaranteed to satisfy your sense of sight and taste senses. This beautiful bolu is not only interesting, elegant; but the blend of coffee, milk and chocolate ensures its delicious taste. Let's try it!

Chicken egg 3 grains
Sugar 75 grams
Cake emulsifier / SP 1 tsp
Instant coffee 1 tbsp, dissolve it with 2 tbsp of hot water
75 gram flour
Cornstarch 1.5 tbsp
75 grams of margarine, melted
75 ml of liquid milk
1 tbsp chocolate paste
Brown chutney 50 grams

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, cake emulsifier, and instant coffee. Shake until fluffy and stiff.

  2. Add the mixture of flour and cornstarch, mix well.

  3. Pour margarine and milk slowly while stirring until blended.

  4. Take two spoonfuls of vegetable dough, add chocolate paste and mix well. Put in a plastic triangle.

  5. Spray brown dough striped with a distance of 1-2 cm.

  6. Draw a straight line on the dough and make alternating directions to form a batik motif.

  7. Steamed until cooked. Lift and chill. Flip and smear with brown jam. Roll and solidify. Serve.
