There are two types of main cholesterol carried by different types of lipoproteins (LDL) are sometimes called bad cholesterol . High level of LDL cholesterol can build up in our arteries, causing heart disease . High density lipoproteins (HDL) are refferd to as good cholesterol .

1 Quit smoking
2 Improve cholesterol level (HDL)
3 control high blood pressure
4 get active
5 follow a heart healthy diet
6 Control diabetes
7 Manage stress and anger
8 Drink a glass of water before taking bath and before going to bed at night
Last but not least do pranayam (Yoga) regularly
