The very important source of vitamins , minerals , carbohydrates likes sugar and fiber.Fruits are different contain different vitamins. just like Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Vitamin B and others Vitamins , Carbohydrates is also present in many fruits The higher in calories in fresh fruits . Oranges are good for our body and mango , Apple , Banana , In heat weather use watermelon for health , mango is total vitamins so that every fruits is GOD gift for human being. images (1).jpg
