Challenging the Norms, Embracing the Unique

Did you know that 1/3 of the food produced actually goes to waste?

Part of that are the fruits and veggies farmers can’t sell since they don’t meet the perfect visual standards - twisted carrots, bended zucchini, misshaped tomatoes or maybe cucumbers that are too short and too big.

Well, what can we ourselves do about that?

I always like to go for the weirdos among the fruits and veggies on the market and in the store. This way, we not only take a small part in showing the retail that the visual norms for food are unnecessary, we also make our cooking a bit more exciting.
