How are you? hopefully in a healthy state of all.In this blog I will love to know how to make a typical food aceh, aceh typical food that we will discuss now is the basic ingredients of duck, the name of the dish is gulai sie itek puteh. Let's make this dish.

Material :
25 grams of coconut gongseng
1 cup thick coconut milk
A little oil for sauteing

Spices:

50 grams of cilantro
1 tbsp white pepper
3 tablespoons cumin
1 tbsp cumin fish
6 white cardamom grains
3 grains of jellyfish
1 grain of nutmeg
3 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 pinky cinnamon
1 little pinky saffron
1 pinky ginger
10 candlenuts
1 stem of cereal
1 handful of temuru leaves
5 pieces of pandan leaves
Salt to taste

How to cook :

  1. Wash the duck and cut - cut. (Better still the whole duck on the roast a little to get the fat drip out, after which it's just cut into pieces). Tie the duck with pandan leaves.

apa kabar semua? semoga dalam keadaan sehat semua,di blog ini saya akan mengasih tau cara membuat makanan khas aceh, makanan khas aceh yang akan kita bahas sekarang adalah makanan yang bahan dasarnya dari bebek, nama masakannya adalah gulai sie itek puteh. Ayo kita buat masakan ini

Bahan :
25 gram kelapa gongseng
1 gelas santan kental
Sedikit minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu :

50 gram ketumbar
1 sdm lada putih
3 sdm jintan
1 sdm jintan ikan
6 butir kapulaga putih
3 butir bunga lawang keeling
1 butir biji pala
3 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 kelingking kayu manis
1 kelingking kunyit
1 kelingking jahe
10 butir kemiri
1 batang serei
1 genggam daun temuru
5 lembar daun pandan
Garam secukupnya

cara Memasak :

1.Cuci bebek dan potong – potong . ( lebih baik lagi bebek utuh di panggang sedikit agar lemaknya menetes keluar. setelah itu baru di potong-potong ). Ikat potongan bebek dengan daun pandan.
2.Semua bumbu di tumbuk dan di haluskan,kecuali serai, kayu manis dan daun temuru.
3.Tumis bumbu halus sampai matang, masukan potongan bebek. Tambahkan air santan hingga semua potongan bebek terendam. Masukan serai, kayu manis, dan daun temurui.
4.Masak dengan api kecil sampai matang dan dagingnya empuk.
5.makan siap di hidangkan
