How to make stuffed squit with feta cheese.

I have an amazing recipie for some deliscious bbq-food. Very easy to make and at the same time a very special and delicate dish. You will impress your guests with it.IMG_9729.JPG

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fresh small squids (look at the picture)
  • 0,8 kgfeta cheese
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves
  • fresh lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 spoons of olive oil
  • a couple of fresh parsley stems
  • acouple of fresh marjoran stems
  • little bit of salt and pepper

Recipe:

  • Remove the head with the tentacles bu pulling them of with your hands.
  • Cut the part with the eyes of the tentacle part and clean the tentacles with water. Get rid of they eye parts and put the tentacles in a bowl
  • Clean the squids by hand with water especially also inside and put them also in the bowl.
  • Cut the feta in pieces and add them
    to the bowl
  • Make marinade dressing out of the juice of 1 lemmon, olive oil, small chopped garic, marjoran and parsley and add some salt and pepper.

Put the marinade over the squids, tentacles and feta and marinade for at least 2 hours.

Stuff the squids with the feta cheese
and put them on wooden sticks. On other sticks you put the marinated tentacles.

First put the stuffed squid directly above the coals. Make sure you grill tmdm all the way round. They are ready when they have colered a bit brown.

The tentacles need less grill time. They ate ready when they are stiff.
Put them on the bbq directly above the coals.

Enjoy your meal!

White wine as well as red or rosé are going well along this dish.

I'm not very fond of squids but made like this I think it is worth reconcidering! ;) Of course with the wine that is!

This recipe is worth trying it. Make sure you have small squids.
