Hey there Steemers!! This is my first blog post on Steemit! I'm a Chicago based flight attendant for a major airline by day and a full-time foodie all day, every day!
I love to travel and share local food that I eat in every city I visit! Feel free to comment if you want any of my recommendations!
For my first post, I want to share with you what is rated the best burger in America by the Food Network.
Restaurant: Au Cheval
City: Chicago
Single Cheeseburger (two patties)
Prime beef from W.W. Johnson Farms that gets formed into four-ounce patties and slapped onto the 450 to 500 degree griddle until medium. A layer of Kraft American cheese goes in between and on top of each patty and then before resting for a minute or two.
Add dijonaise, fried egg, and thick-cut peppered bacon to a toasted bun and you have America's best burger according to Food Network. Feel free to follow my other postings on Instagram: @balquieats
Catch you all later Steemers!
