This is Pork Adobo sa Gata ( without Soy Sauce ). This has been a family recipe through the years. My grandmother used to cook this for us. Then my mother. I asked for the recipe so I can cook this for my little boy as well. I’m glad he liked it.

What is the recipe? I love adobo and make it for my family but I have not made it without soy sauce before.

After you sautee the garlic, add pork/chicken. Then once meat turned brown in color, just add vinegar. Let it boil. Do not stir. Once meat is cooked, add coconut milk. Do not stir as well. Then add casubha and chilis.
