Ingredients :
4 baking potatoes
1 tbsp sunflower-seed oil
1 carrot
, diced
1 celery
stalk, diced
400g will haricot beans, drained
2 tomatoes
, chopped
1 tsp paprika

  • select sweet or hot looking on style
    1 tsp Worcester sauce
    2 tbsp sliced chives, to serve

Method :
Heat kitchen appliance to 200C/180C fan/gas vi. Scrub the potatoes and dry well, then prick in many places with a fork. Bake directly on the kitchen appliance shelf for 1-1½ hrs, till they feel soft once squeezed.
After thirty minutes, heat the oil during a pan and gently cook the carrot and celery for ten minutes till softened. Add the beans, tomatoes and paprika and cook gently for an extra five minutes till the tomatoes area unit softened and nonwoody. Stir in 100ml water and therefore the Worcester sauce, cook for an extra five minutes then cowl and keep heat.
Split open the potatoes and spoon within the beans. Scatter with chives and serve.
