Ingredients

3 eggs
150 gr brown sugar I use palm sugar
3 glasses of thick coconut milk
1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 hits of hunkwe flour

Step

heat the steamer, beat the eggs and brown sugar until fluffy.

Enter the flour kwe kwe, add coconut milk, milk and salt. stir well

After mixing flat insert in a baking dish uk. 16x16x4. create a layer weighing 45gr-50gr.

steam each layer for 5 minutes until the dough runs out. coating thickness adjusted to taste. klo I like thin, because the result is beautiful and bumpy.
