Calamari curry filled with tofu

Ingredients :

  • squid exits its contents and cleanses
  • Fill the calamari with (4 white tofu + 1 beaten egg and salt, stir)
  • Then attach the squid head with a toothpick / stick.

Gravy:

  • uleg seasoning: 5 large red onions, 3 garlic, 1 grilled turmeric, 6 red chili, 5 red cayenne pepper,
  • Laos, ginger, lemongrass (orchids)
  • coconut milk (me: kara 60 ml).

How to make :

  • Saute the spices until fragrant
  • Enter coconut milk and a glass of water
  • Give salt and a little sugar, test taste
    Enter the contents of the squid slowly
  • Do not stir constantly. Occasionally stirred so coconut milk does not break and the contents of the squid do not fall apart.
  • Ripe, lift
