Hello #BitcoinVegan here to share with you my one of my dishes off my Vegan On The Go recipe and that's my power bowl.
Filled with garbanzo beans, kale, quinoa red onions and bell peppers, hope you try this at home and more importantly enjoy it.
Kale
Garbanzo beans
Red n green bell peppers
Red onions
Quinoa
Grapeseed oil
Onion powder
Basil
Turmeric
Oregano
Sea salt
•If your beans are dry soak them in eater for at least 2 hours or over night.
•High boil for 15 min, med boil for an hour
•Place 1/3 quinoa on stove med hi heat for 45 min or until fluffy and ready
•Chop your veggies all diced and the kale shredded finely.
•pour a tblspoon of grapeseed oil on a pan for med hi heat add peppers and onions sautee with seasons place lid until they sweat maybe 5-7 min
• then add kale season again place lid for a few min
Then add beans & quinoa season a bit again then ENJOY LOL.
