Elaboration of a Quiche of ham and cheese but special. This quiche is a recipe of the famous Dukan diet.
Continue reading, that the word diet in the Dukan diet does not exist, where you can eat "almost" everything. This dish belongs to the phase of attack where you can only eat protein and protein, between 1 to 5 days, depending on the weight you want to lose.

Ingredients for two people
- 2 eggs and two egg whites
-250 grs of turkey ham or york (to taste)

-1 tablespoon fresh light cream cheese.
-150 ml skim milk
-sal, pepper and nutmeg
We add in a bowl the whites, the eggs and beat.

We cut the ham to the size you like the most.

Mix the ham tacos to the previous mixture and add the two tablespoons beaten cheese 0% mg

In a glass we put the spoonful of fresh cheese and fill it with milk. To dissolve it we heat it in the microwave for a few seconds so that the cheese melts.

Pour the glass of milk into the mixture, add salt and pepper to taste and beware of nutmeg, do not echéis too much that seizes the taste.

Once mixed everything we take to a microwave-safe container. As you can see I have put vegetable paper as the base of the container to prevent it from sticking to the quiché and then we have problems in unmolding it.

At the time of doing it can be done in the microwave, 20 minutes to 800w, at fifteen go watching as it goes. You turn it over (hence the vegetable paper) and put it 10 more minutes. If it gratin 2 minutes more to the grill. If you want to make the oven 30 minutes at 180º.
The times are relative depending on how you like the quiche. The more time less juicy, hence you control the time to your liking.
