Hi!

Sorry for not posting for a month already. I just had to finish a lot of work by May.
Also don't be angry at me if I missed any of your posts – I will improve and catch up these days (by the way, if you ever need an upvote from me, feel free to send me a message in steemit.chat)

This time I want to share with you another great recipe.
I believe you will love it and will enjoy cooking and having a delicious and easy dinner
.

Ingredients

  • pork chops (boneless or bone-in);
  • 2 tablespoons butter;
  • garlic cloves peeled;
  • a cup of white wine (red wine is great too indeed);
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Instructions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a big skillet or a pan over a medium heat. Put chops in and sear them for three to five minutes on each side over high heat. When done take them out and put aside (the chops should be of that lovely golden color). Add garlic to the pan and cook for three minutes. Add white wine and pork chops, turn heat to low and cover the pan. Cook for twenty minutes up to half an hour until the chops are tender.

Delicious pork chops. I just want to eat. Is there any health benefit of eating pork for asthma patient?

Well, I don't think so, actually.
Here they propose Mediterranean diet:

My kids are somtimes very ...............capricious.Is not easy to make them eat pork .
Isnt crazy - they eat broccoli but not pork ?

Pork is not the healthiest food out there to be honest.
Broccoli is very good, so why not?

Love your latest posts :D

@richman , do you have a problem with me downvoting your $94 post to redistribute a measely 5c back to the distribution pool? I would have thought you were here long enough to understand it's nothing personal.

Apparently it's you who has a problem with me redistributing redistributed distribution pool xD

That's what you're doing when you counterflag? My vote is a minnows man, and my posts make shit all. Your flags can only be revenge flags. I have other accounts I could have hidden behind instead I'm just expecting the whale experiment to have taught you to take it like a man. Maybe the fact that I'm 1/8th your size makes it ok.

You still have a chance to correct the situation.

Yummy..
Really tasty..
